Reservation Policy for City and Sea:
- Deposit required. 50% of the room rate for all nights booked, excluding taxes
- 14 day cancellation policy. Deposit refunded less a $30 service charge when given at least 14 days notice.
- If less than 14 days notice, deposit returned less a $30 service charge only if we are able to rebook your entire reservation
