Room Rates for 2010 Season

We are pleased to advise that in light of today's economy, for the 2010 season we are offering a price rollback .

(For guests who have previously stayed with us please note that we have changed our pricing structure, dinner packages are still available and can be found on our specials and packages page)

Each room has either one or two queen size sleigh beds or a king size four poster bed.  Each is air-conditioned and also contain a sofa, rocking chair, fireplace, TV, DVD, Wireless Internet Access, mini fridge and a 20'x 8' deck which overlooks the beautiful St. Peter's Bay. All rates are per couple and include a full breakfast (single occupancy deduct $25 per night). All prices quoted in Canadian dollars, rates do not include taxes or gratuities.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

We are aware that there are a number of reasons why you may have to cancel or change your travel plans, however, based on the limited season in PEI, it is necessary for us to have a cancellation policy.

During July and August there is a minimum stay of 2 nights. Prepayment of one night's stay will confirm your reservation. Reservation deposits will be refunded only if cancellations are made 7 days in advance of arrival date. A service charge of $30.00 will be deducted from the deposit.

If you must cancel your reservation within the 7 day period and we are able to rebook your room, your deposit will be returned less the $30.00 service charge. If we are unable to rebook your room your deposit will be forfeited.

A guest who checks out before the last day of the reservation will be required to pay for the days reserved in full.

Golf tee times must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance or you will be charged for the green fee.

Written confirmations will be forwarded and a copy of your deposit receipt will be enclosed.
